In contrast to the grey day and negative media stories we painted colourful peacocks!
We considered the regal and majestic nature of them and we read from Isaiah
For unto us a child us born.
To us a son is given
And the government shall be upon his shoulder,
And his name shall be called
Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
And psalm 8:1 How majestic is your name!

Today we thought about Moses at the ‘Tent of meeting’ as he inquired of the Lord and met with God face to face. We thought about what we might need to bring to the tent of meeting and we painted our tents!

Wonderful to have Rosemary & her helper teach us at our #Artforwellbeing today. We were thinking about moments where the sun breaks through and warms our faces. It reminded us of the quote by John Wesley in his journal when his 'heart was strangely warmed' when reading the Bible. We thought about the question
"are there any areas of your life where your heart has grown cold?"
We prayed for God to warm our hearts again as we painted.…
